By accessing or using Snaply ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Snaply is an AI-powered product photo generator. You upload product images; the Service removes backgrounds and generates styled, marketplace-ready photos using third-party AI models (Replicate). Output images are sized for platforms including Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok.
You may use the Service anonymously (1 free generation) or create an account for additional free generations and credit purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Anonymous usage is tracked via a browser cookie — see our Cookie Policy.

AI outputs are generated stochastically and may vary. Snaply makes no guarantees about the uniqueness, accuracy, or intellectual property status of generated images. You are responsible for verifying that your use of output images complies with applicable laws and platform rules. We do not claim ownership of images you generate.
Paid credits are purchased via Stripe and deducted per generated image. All credit purchases are final — see our Refund Policy for the limited exception on failed generations. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from /settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snaply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
