No payment is required for free-tier usage. There is nothing to refund.
All credit purchases are final. Credits are a digital good delivered immediately upon payment confirmation and are non-refundable except as described below.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
If an AI generation fails (due to a processing error on our end), the credits deducted for that generation are automatically refunded to your credit balance — no action required. You will see the credit return in your account immediately.
If you believe you were charged in error or have a concern about a transaction, contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly.
